If it involves words, I'm probably good at it. Whether it's simple copywriting, line edits, or developing a major editorial project, I know how to make ideas into reality.
I was the Editorial Director of a food & travel app where I managed remote freelancers, established a style guide, and published 3,000+ 250-character location descriptions along with neighborhood guides and other articles. At the Museum of Food and Drink, I produced social media, email newsletters, and exhibition text. I wrote and recorded original podcasts at Heritage Radio Network, and I constantly impress magazine editors with the cleanliness of my copy.
I also consult on brand voice, resumes and cover letters, and website design.
STAYING ON MESSAGE
I love telling stories and can find poetry in just about anything, regardless of character limits.
I have strong marketing and business instincts, understand how to craft a compelling narrative, and am particularly brilliant at weaving together seemingly disparate ideas into a powerful, engrossing argument. If you want to create a compelling, original experience for your customers, let me know.
BEING SMART | SOUNDING NICE
I'm plugged into culture, am a font of knowledge on all things food-related, and would love to work with you or your brand on projects of all shapes and sizes.
From designing custom lists of pantry staples for people with food sensitivities and executive dysfunction issues to providing sage advice for food-related businesses, I'm happy to work with you on custom research projects.
Additionally, I'm a talented voiceover artist with podcasting experience, so if you have an audio or video project you need a narrator for, I'm your gal.
